Absolute Beginners Hot Yoga Workshop

Fancy Hot Yoga but want to start at the absolute beginning, learning the basics and gaining the confidence before unleashing yourself onto our full schedule?

This 2.5hr workshop costing only £25 will be taught in the heated studio and will perfectly equip you will the techniques to give you the confidence to develop your practice. The initial 1.5hr will be taught at room temperature, covering breathwork and posture alignment. The last hr of the workhop wie will introduce you to our beginners Trybe 60 sequence, taught at 35° to give you a true hot yoga experience .
