Balance Workshop with Francis Perry
Time & Location
About The Event
Delve into the fundamental anatomical and structural processes of balancing. This is your chance to gain important insight into the structures that support our balance, as well as enjoying an amazing physical practice to put these teachings into practice.
This is open to ANYONE whether you are a student or a teacher and we have JUST 10 SPACES available.
Students can expect to gain an understanding of how we balance, how we use different systems in the body to support balance, and we will also apply this learning to Yoga postures and how we can encourage a stronger balancing practice in different kinds of bodies.
This workshop is guided by Francis Perry. Francis has practiced and taught Ashtanga and Hatha yoga for several years, completed training and teaching of Remedial Yoga with the Yoga For Health Foundation and further training with the British Wheel of Yoga. He studied Level 3 ITEC Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for complementary therapies, an interest that he has maintained throughout all of his yoga teaching.
This is not just a learning opportunity, but an unmissable chance to get a unique insight into the anatomy of balance and movement.
Cost of workshop is £35, book online.
