Chakra Workshop with Andrea Everingham

Andrea Everingham will be expanding our minds and de-mystifying chakras – how they work, and how they affect the physical and spiritual practice of yoga.

This is open to ANYONE whether you are a student or a teacher and we have JUST 10 SPACES available.

Students can expect to gain an understanding on the following:

-Ida, Pingala & Sushumina – these are the three fundamental Nadis, the channels through which, in traditional Indian medicine and spiritual science, the energies of the physical body, the subtle body and the causal body are said to flow.

-Location/Sound/Colour of each Chakra – the spiritual energy centres of the body, integral to the prana or pure energy making up each of us, and the universe.

-Balancing of the Chakra

-How Chakra affect us and our practice.

Andrea combines a passion for creative movement with a firm grounding in the vast traditions of yoga and Eastern thought. Andrea is a fully certified in
