A chance to pause, to move, to rest with the option of a short meditation...
The sessions are suitable for all levels of ability, Liz has taught Yoga to various groups for many years and holds a really safe welcoming space. You will have the opportunity to observe the sensations in your body, release tension and find ways to move with steadiness and ease. You will be introduced to different breathing practices and have the opportunity to take part in a short meditation towards the end of the class. This is a great way to leave behind the stresses of the day and develop your own Yoga practice in the time you have set aside for yourself. The past year has really taken it's toll on may of us, coming together in a studio setting is a fantastic way to regroup, to find community and allow yourself this incredibly important time to practice some self care.
