This workshop will delve deeper into key stories and explore how a class or sequence can be developed from a single starting point. We will weave together aspects of story telling with asana, mudra and mantra in order to explore the deeper hidden meanings behind the subtle analogies in the myths.

Take a playful leap of faith with Hanuman, embrace the fierce power of Durga and allow Ganesha to remove the obstacles that stand in our way. Be prepared to move in a physical asana practice, discuss ideas and open up your creativity to develop your own themes and starting points.
