Suffer from a busy mind? Find it hard to drop off to sleep? Maybe you struggle with stress and anxiety, or maybe you just like to meditate! For this workshop I will be going back to my routes as a therapeutic Satyananda trained teacher to bring you the art of Ayapa Japa meditation. This ancient form of meditation is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It combines the use of the breath, with repetition of mantra, and visualisation, to help induce a meditative state of mind.
Alongside this we will take a more in depth look into different practices of Pranayama (breath work), beautifully rounded off with a deep Yoga Nidra.
