About The Event
This class will run in blocks of 6 and will provide the perfect combination of deep relaxation with gentle, safe stretches for pregnancy. Your body will grow in strength and tension will be released over the 6 weeks.
You will also find many of the poses support you in bringing strength to your labour and birth. You will be able to more easily adopt active birth positions.
For your mind preparation we will work with releasing fears around birth. Bringing a confidence of mind to your birth room. You will be connected to your breath, so in labour you can go with the flow, and breathe through your surges.
