About The Event
In this indulgent workshop we will settle deeply into a relaxed and aware state through 2 hour and 15 minutes restorative yoga practice intelligently designed to combat the effects of stress in our bodies. Throughout our practice gentle adjustments, massage and aromatherapy will be used to deepen relaxation. Our practice will then transition into a 30 minute Yoga Nidra meditation, which is a powerful guided meditation known to create deep relaxation and promote the restoration of the body, spirit and mind.
